Walker Announces New Blog to Address Broker Ethics

The purpose of this blog is inform and educate commercial mortgage brokers on the proper etiquette and protocol for conducting business in the commercial mortgage broker arena. At the time of this writing, there are simply too many brokers out there that are conducting business unethically, or unknowingly committing some of the cardinal sins of the business. When one broker misbehaves or makes misrepresentations, it hurts everyone in the industry. With that being said, I will dedicate this blog in the spirit of professionalism, cooperation and education of those that want to succeed and do so fairly.
