Walker Commercial Funding Respects Your Privacy and Sensitive Information

Many of our private investors and diamond sellers request sensitive information, such as passports and CIS's (Client Information Sheet). This is standard protocol. No Passport, no loan. It's that simple and a reasonable request if your transaction is $10M USD or more. In light of the Sarah Palin email hacking incident, clients are even more cautious about what they email.
For sensitive information and documents, we use a free service that encrypts the email so that, even if it is intercepted, the information is digitally scrambled and meaningless. We use a free service called Hushmail for receiving and sending sensitive and confidential information. You may set up an account for free in less than two minutes.
Your next question is: what if the person you are sending the information to doesn't have a hushmail account? Answer: We send the encrypted information and give them a password to un-encrypt the message.
If you have concerns about sending any documents, you are more than welcome to send your passports, CIS's or anything else to our hushmail account. Your free account limits you to 2MB of information, which is plenty of space for your passport or CIS. If you would like to send anything confidential to our hushmail account please call our office or email brian@walkercf.com for our hushmail email address.
Please click on the link above or go to http://www.hushmail.com to set up an email account.
