Back From The Dead!!! ...come in off the ledge...money is flowing again

Money is Here and Available!
You may have noticed my absence from blogging recently, but the reality is that there was really nothing to blog about. Hence, NO BS.

Essentially, NOTHING (with the exception of hard money and multifamily transactions) was being funded...anywhere. I'm not good at telling people what they want to hear and I have fielded countless calls on projects that I have declined only because I knew the probability of them being funded was as likely as money falling from the sky and landing in their pocket.

New money is REAL and available. NO BS!

Please send us your transactions that are:
-80% LTV or lower - We LOVE HARD MONEY with validated exit strategies
-Income producing or a realistic and valid exit strategy or realistic
- Shovel Ready if construction
- You have contracts (take-or-pay) to purchase your product
- We like: mulitfamily, assisted living, income producing, low ltv hospitality
***Please do not send purchase transactions with less than 20% cash into the transaction, land deals, mining purchases, ANY financial instrument transaction (BG, SBLC, Letters of Credit, MTN, CDO...)

Thanks..and let the good times roll!

Hard Money - Bridge Money - The Fastest Fundings.....

Everyone wants to close fast... we can do amazing things... and VERY QUICKLY when we have a full file. To expedite your closing, we need everything on our BRIDGE MONEY CHECK LIST and our LOAN SUBMISSION FORM completed as thoroughly as possible.

Funders that are most nimble are likely:
1. in the same geographic region as your property
2. going to require an exit strategy that does not involve the sale of the property
3. going to require some sort of cross-collateral to make sure you have an incentive to retire the debt
4. ask that you, at a minimum, pay for a site visit, possibly a "review appraisal"
