You may have noticed my absence from blogging recently, but the reality is that there was really nothing to blog about. Hence, NO BS.

Essentially, NOTHING (with the exception of hard money and multifamily transactions) was being funded...anywhere. I'm not good at telling people what they want to hear and I have fielded countless calls on projects that I have declined only because I knew the probability of them being funded was as likely as money falling from the sky and landing in their pocket.
